Megan Emery

Megan has lived in West Vincent for more than 36 years. Prior to retiring in 2017, she worked at Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed Corporation for the better part of her career in Human Resources, where she developed and/or led positive employee relations and engagement initiatives and helped steer organizational changes for the Siding Products business. At her core, Megan wants democracy to prevail and believes that working as a Committee Person for West Vincent Democrats she can help make a difference in the township. Bottom line, Megan advocates for laws and government that values human rights, conservation, and civility.

Sherri Marshall

Sherri holds a BA in Chemistry, an MS in Biology, and an MD. She fulfilled 24 years active duty with the US Navy Medical Corps and was posted in numerous locations around the country, eventually attaining the role of Department Head at Jacksonville Naval Hospital and Section Head at Bethesda Naval Hospital. In 2009, she moved to Chester Springs to take the position of Head of Breast Imaging at Paoli Hospital. Sherri lead the team at Paoli until her retirement in 2021. Sherri is a fierce advocate for reproductive freedom, health care, and social justice.

Diane M. Phillips

Diane has been a resident of the township since 1997. She has a PhD in Marketing from Penn State and is a college professor, author, and speaker. She is also a certified leader with the Climate Reality Project and has given presentations on climate change to audiences all around the world.

Ken Plummer

Ken is a lifelong resident of Chester County, except for his service in the United States Navy. He has managed several businesses and has been a retirement planning and Medicare specialist since 1989.

He has lived in West Vincent Township since 1985 and is currently serving as Committee Person and Treasurer for the West Vincent Democrats.
